Following on from his hit show, Lose Weight For Good, top chef Tom Kerridge returns with a series that provides six simple steps to breaking bad food habits. Fewer families than ever before are cooking their meals from scratch, or sitting down together to enjoy them, and this is having a detrimental effect on their health and family relationships.
Using his own delicious recipes to help, Tom encourages eight families, over-reliant on processed food, to change their ways over 12 weeks. The series provides a step-by-step guide to cooking healthy family meals to enjoy together without spending hours in the kitchen and features self-shot diary contributions from the participants, who chart the impact of Tom’s advice on their health and family relationships.
