Tom Kerridge takes a road trip up the Californian coastline to discover how local, forage foods are being used to create innovative and healthy dishes. His first stop is The Bewildered Pig in beautiful Mendocino County where owner and chef, Janelle Weaver, uses ingredients found on her doorstep to create an incredible mushroom and pork ravioli with a side of foraged greens, flowers and an artichoke jus. Heading next to Bodega Bay, Tom joins Carol Anello at her seafood shack to find out what makes her fresh Clam Chowder a best seller. But try as he might, Carol's not revealing her secret recipe!
