Two hunter-gatherers travel around the UK - attempting to live entirely off the land. They say there's no such thing as a free lunch, but cook Thomasina Miers and writer and adventurer Guy Grieve (Escape to Alaska) don't agree. Guy has survived nearly a year in the wilds of Alaska and knows how to eat to live.
