Half Indian, half Celtic, chef and restaurateur Kiran Jethwa was born in Kenya and loves to play with ingredients and flavours. Now in its third season, Tales from the Bush Larder is always throwing him into crazy scenarios. From paddling for catfish in croc-infested lakes in Kenya and throwing clubs at razor-fast hares, Kiran is always looking for his next adventurous dish with the locals. Coffee, goat curry and electrically ‘fried’ crickets are but a few of his exotic dishes in this new series, all made in the great African outdoors.
