Stefano's jar of caramelised onions are so delicious and the best caramelised onions I've bought out of a jar and better than my home made ones. Not sure if he still sells these, but if he does, get one if you can.

I have always loved watching Stefano de Perieri's cooking shows and it is just fabulous he is now on the Food channel. The whole fish back in the salt egg white solution will definitely be one the dishes I will prepare for this Christmas lunch. Thanks Stefano!
