Your show is so inspiring and I just loved the episode about the fish that I was actually inspired to go out with my dad the whole day and fish. We didn't catch much except a decent whiting after the bait was in the water for about 5 secs and 2 other mystery fish which I took home and was shown by my dad how to fillet, I now plan to make something really yummy with the fillets.thank you for the inspiration Hugh : )

Hi Julie, you may be able to find a recipe on the side of a packet of Tandaco Suet Mix, or they may have a web site for you to look at. Cheers, Trina16 18 Reserve Drive Mandurah 6210 Western Australia
