brillliant show, finally someone who is not afraid to show us mere mortals how to make fantastic dishes at home - will watch him over other chefs any day. Wish he would produce a DVD!!!!

Last night's show was fantastic! Glad I took notes - notice that the recipes aren't posted on Food site... perhaps they will appear in time (sure hope so!) Will be trying the chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache tart w/ hazlenut praline base sometime very, very, very soon.

I too can watch him all night. At least you learn from his methods not like the other lifestyle shows where it's either a race to finish so not much is learned or it's those boring Cake Boss or the other Cake show where the end result is wonderful but they never give you the recipes of the cakes or show you how the icing is made and how it's stabilised. Take them off and put more of Raymond Blanc please.
