Join top chefs Paul Rankin and Nick Nairn as they take their cooking to the high seas, sailing down the coasts of Northern Ireland and Scotland in a tasty food adventure.
In each episode the best friends set sail for a new town along the coast. Upon arrival they have just one day to create, prepare and serve a delicious three course meal which uses the finest local produce and best encapsulates that town’s people and their unique geography and history.
