At Kitchen HQ we're going al fresco for the first outdoor challenge. The eight strongest teams pack their pitch forks for a farmer's feast, cooking brunch for local farmers using fabulous local produce.

The eight remaining teams have been split into two groups, Group A and Group B. First up its Group A, who have been given the challenge of tackling 120 canapes each on a barbecue outside for 40 special guests.

The two lowest scoring Group A teams must fight to stay in the competition for a place in the Quarter Final, whilst the losing team will be eliminated.
