Hello, Marion I scolded your list this week with the family! I want to say that I'm disappointed with the cooking of Thailand you cook , The green curry chicken and stir-fried morning glory or green pepper recipes you make a mistake (even if you have a mother from Thailand, Southern Thailand) Thailand's fried morning glory, but you do not need to add sugar, bean paste and stir-fry bell pepper, you have to put the pig before put the vegetables, and chicken curry spices you use is wrong recipes If you want to cook better thai food, you try to look Mr. McDang he is a example food of Thailand....Thank you

The first two episodes were absolutely fabulous. I enjoyed the simple family recipes that I hope to try soon. I also enjoyed seeing Thailand off the tourist beat. I've recorded the first 2 episodes on Foxtel IQ so I can watch over and over but if the show becomes available on DVD it will be first thing on my xmas list. Thank you Marion for sharing your family family time, family place and family recipes.

Since when do we sit down to prepare food, people these days are already fat and lazy as it is, great to see recipes, but let's teach them to get of their backsides too. looking clever versus obesity, Vietnamese people cook sitting or squatting because they don't have bench top's. P.s Marian needs to learn how to use a mortar and pestle correctly. reference to prawn's and squid on barbeque. From Marty, 42 year old father of 3.
