Jamie Oliver is starting a food revolution in Britain to get people back in the kitchen cooking and breaking the bad eating habits that parents are passing down to their children. Jamie travels to Rotherham and teams up with his School Dinners arch nemesis Julie Critchlow. The pair will take on a group of people who can’t cook and teach them ten great meals that will give them the basic skills to cook for life. Some of his pupils include, mother of two Natasha who constantly feeds her children take away meals,
Claire who eats ten bags of chips a day and Mick who has never cooked a meal in his life. Jamie plans a pass-it-on pyramid scheme and encourages his students to pass on the recipes that he has taught them. Will Jamie be able to convince these people the benefits of cooking healthy nutritious foods?
