Nastassja's feathers are ruffled as she produces a flamboyant two and a half foot tall, hanging flamingo cake with 500 handmade edible wafer paper feathers. Karisha makes an elegant three tier Floral Wedding Cake made from pistachio, cardamom and rose flavoured sponge.
