has anyonoe cooked the Mooloolaba Jambalaya? Just wandering where the 2 cups of sunflower oil for the cajun spice mix is used. Surely not added to dry spices? Any ideas

Just watched the Caloundra episode and was disappointed to see the way that Ben and the Caloundra 4WD Club conducted themselves when driving inland 4WD tracks. They drove with absolutely no regard for the environment, the tracks or the cars they were driving (esp a "soft roader" like the Kia). The principles of the well known "Tread Lightly" code of common sense (the focus on minimising impact to the environment) were totally ignored and this kind of behaviour, especially on television, makes responsible 4WD owners cringe. Any member of an affiliated 4WD club is well aware of "Tread Lightly" and the work behind it to keep 4WD tracks open for us all to enjoy.
