Christmas for Skye Gyngell is always spent with family and when she can't get back to Sydney, Skye and her daughters Holly and Evie celebrate at home in London with friends. Skye’s beautiful Christmas lunch showcases the best of British seasonal produce and watching her work, with passion and skill is quite an inspiration. The freshest ingredients are in the loving hands of a master as she creates showstoppers with next to no effort: Melon Prosecco, Tomato and Mozzarella Salad, Beef Carpaccio, Frito Misto of Herbs, Salt Crust Salmon and Lemon Curd Tart combine to form a perfectly balanced meal. They also make you appreciate the true, depth of flavour in basic ingredients we often take for granted.
