This year, Lauren Murdoch is celebrating an ‘orphans’ Christmas with her closest friends. On the menu – Steamed Asparagus with Soft Boiled Eggs, Shaved Raclette Cheese and Tarragon Vinaigrette, Roasted Spice Lamb Racks with Cherry Tomatoes, Black Olive and Spanish Onions and to finish with a flourish, she makes White Chocolate, Cranberry and Almond Semifreddo.
