I would love to have the recipe Bill cooked tonight on Lifestyle, Bill's Tasty Weekends (12 June, 2011) for his melted butter pastry base topped with plums, then baked. It looked sooooooooo easy and delicious! The Bakewell puddings were also fasinating

How do I get the recipe for the apple pie/slice that Bill did in the Yorkshire episode. This has stirred childhood memories of something my dear Mother used to make when we were young that was known to us as "Apple Charlotte".
