Andy Bates Street Feasts

Episode Guide

Series 1 · Episode 7

Andy's journey has brought him to Lancashire. His first stop is the world-famous Bury Market where Black Pudding is the culinary king. Debbie and Richard from the Bury Black Pudding Company provide the main ingredient for his pork, black pudding and pear fritters. Ben Holden invented the Manchester Egg in his local boozer and teaches Andy how this pickled egg wrapped in equal parts sausage meat and black pudding is made. Then he pays a visit to Claire Keesley of the Ginger Comfort Emporium for something sweeter, and then heads back to his kitchen to bake a white chocolate and raspberry tart.
