Executive chef, Adam Hay and his kitchen team have taken the fantastic Kangaroo Island produce and created a menu that has something for everyone. Cold winter's night? Try our Ferguson's KI Lobster Risotto or perhaps a top-quality MSA grade Steak, by our open fire. And for dessert - who could pass on an indulgent chocolate, raspberry Fondant with it's flowing centre and vanilla bean ice-cream? Other KI produce featured on our menu include: Kangaroo Island kalamata olives, wild olive oil, American River oysters and of course, the fish synonymous with our island, King George Whiting.

Rounding out the Sorrento's experience is the one-of-a-kind service brought to you by our Maitre D', Richard Purvis and his unique charm. Offering a full selection of award winning wines from Kangaroo Island, as well as small parcels from the mainland Australia, Richard will guide you to the perfect choice for your meal or discerning palate.
