One rainy day in 1998, Ros Turner and Mark Hawthorne were talking (over a coffee of course) about the coffee drinking habits of their fellow Australians and came to an important conclusion: people didn’t always have the time or inclination to dine in, BUT they didn’t want to compromise their premium coffee tastes either. And so they created Hudsons Coffee as a boutique coffee house selling quality coffee in a contemporary environment with super efficient service – dine in or take away.
The rest, as they say is history, with 44 stores brewing up premium coffee right across the country.
All because a couple of Aussies were passionate about their coffee.
