194-204 Faraday St, Carlton VIC 3053

Ph. (03) 9347 2801

Brunetti Cakes began trading at the Faraday street location in 1985 and the Angelé family acquired the business in 1991 and has transformed the lovely café that it was into a truly authentic roman pasticceria.

The Angelé family comes equipped with a wealth of experience in pasticceria and caffé as Giorgio Angelé began his training in Rome at the age of 10. In 1956 at the age of 23 Giorgio came to Australia with the Italian olympic team as a pastry chef and was given the opportunity to migrate here after the olympics.

Since then Giorgio has always been involved in the pastry industry and is still baking delicious european style sweets.

Brunetti is one of the most iconic places to visit in Carlton, and recently Brunetti opened its doors to two more stunning locations in: Melbourne's City Square (April 2005) and Camberwell (October 2007).

Presenting the same services and many of the same products as our original store in Carlton, Brunetti City Square and Brunetti Camberwell are proving to be just as popular.

The soy lattes are just amazing! the atmosphere of the restaurant is very modern upbeat, the italian cultural feel is present. The deserts are devine and its a pleasant environment to enjoy a good afternoon cafe.
