Bar bosh opened on November the 3rd, 2002. On opening day, there was close to 40 workman, scrambling like ants in a frantic rush to get open. Bar Bosh had been designed and built within 8 weeks which is an amazing feat. On the morning of opening, we didn't have any chairs and tables! By 5pm, workman had downed tools and were knocking back a few well earned beers and it was the new staffs turn to be the frantic ants. Bar Bosh opened and has grown and matured, fine tuning its direction and developing it's own personality. Bar Bosh is owned by Peter Flugge (Manager) and Phil Axnick (Chef).
