Salmon Omelette


  • 100g smoked salmon

  • 50g salmon roe

  • 4 eggs

  • 50ml cream


  • 1.

    Beat eggs & cream, fry (crepe like) till 1/2 set and roll edges onto itself as it cooks.

  • 2.

    Fold omelette as you serve. Spread over caviar and garnish with dill.
