Quick and simple pasta dough for two or more.


  • 1 Cup all purpose flour

  • 1 egg

  • Water


  • 1.

    Hand mix flour and egg to a mealy consistency, add water by the teaspoon until dough is thick and elastic.

  • 2.

    Roll out on floored surface to desired thickness and cut to desired shape.

  • 3.

    Boil in salted water til al dente.
