This is simply steamed beans in a garlic infused vinaigrette and has now become the only way my husband eats his beans cause it's so tasty.
Steam or boil the beans.
While warm, toss through the garlic salt and fresh garlic slices.
Pour over the oil and vinegar and mix well.
Allow to sit for a few mins for the flavours to penetrate the beans
