• 1 tin of Tuna in Brine

  • 235g jar of Artichoke Tapenade

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 bunch of spring onions

  • 1/2 a cup of grated cheddar

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tsp of oregano

  • Juice of half a lemon

  • 150 ml of cream

  • 1 tsp of paprika


  • 1.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients except for the tomatoes, cheese and lemon juice. Do this carefully so as not to destroy your tuna chunks.

  • 2.

    In an oven proof dish place a layer of sliced tomatoes on the bottom. Place a layer of the mix over the top. Repeat this process until you run out of ingredients.

  • 3.

    When you have finished layering your bowl, sprinkle with cheese, lemon juice and a little more oregano and paprika.

  • 4.

    Place in pre heated oven at 240C for about 30 minutes or until the dish has cooked through.

  • 5.

    Serve and enjoy.
