  • 1 kg of grated potatoes

  • 1 grated onion

  • 1/2 a cup of curly parsley

  • 1 tsp Vegeta stock powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 150g of rice flour


  • 1.

    Grate potatoes and onion and combine with chopped parsley and other ingredients.

  • 2.

    Take out a handful and give it a squeeze, then place into hot canola oil and fry till golden on one side, flip and repeat on the other side, then drain on some absorbent towel.

  • 3.

    Serve with Lamb Weange
