• 150g Aborio rice

  • ½ Vanilla pod

  • 100g Caster sugar

  • 1 Glass full cream milk

  • 2 Glasses water

  • 2 Tins Passionfruit pulp in syrup


  • 1.

    Place rice into saucepan and add vanilla pod, caster sugar, milk and water, cover and bring to the boil for 15 mins until all ingredients are combined and rice is cooked.

  • 2.

    Take off the heat and add passionfruit and stir thoroughly.

  • 3.

    Serve in attractive glasses.
