Thread one end of bacon onto skewer, add 1 scallop and fold bacon over and thread onto skewer – repeat until skewer is full.
BBQ or grill for 3 minutes on each side.
Serve with salad and Marie Rose Dipping Sauce.
Marie Rose Dipping Sauce:
200ml whole egg mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Brandy (optional)
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Salt and pepper
Squeeze of lemon (about 6 drops)
1 tbsp chopped parsley
