  • 1kg whole pork belly

  • 50ml Kikkoman Roast Garlic Marinade

  • 50ml Kikkoman Sesame Ginger and Soy

  • 1 tsp fennel seeds

  • 1 tbsp chilli oil

  • ½ tsp chilli paste

  • 250ml water


  • 1.

    Place pork belly in a roasting tray skin side down and pour in 100ml of water, then pour over all marinade ingredients.

  • 2.

    Cover with foil and roast at 200C for 1 hours.

  • 3.

    Remove foil after 1 hour and flip the pork to skin side up, sprinkle with sea salt, add another 150ml of water and return to oven for a further 30 minutes.
