• 1kg minced beef

  • 2 Spanish onions one finely chopped one sliced

  • 2 tbsp "magic herbs"

  • 2 eggs

  • Dash Worcestershire sauce

  • 1.5ltr mixed Vegeta Beef stock

  • 2 tbsp arrowroot

    Combine the mince, eggs, chopped onion, magic herbs and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl and mix well.

  • 2.

    Toss sliced onion into oven tray, form the meat into balls and place on top of the onions, cover with water and bake at 250C for 30 minutes.

  • 3.

    Take rissoles out of the tray and pour in a dash of Tomato Capsicum sauce and thicken with arrowroot paste (mix together 2 tbsp arrowroot with 1/2 cup water) then serve.
