BBQ Pork Spare Ribs

  • 2 pork belly slices per serve

  • 1 large metal skewer

  • tomato capsicum and chilli sauce


  • 1.

    Thread the pork belly onto your skewer, remember to push from side to side, not just straight up the middle as the pork can come off the skewer.

  • 2.

    Place onto the grill section of your barbeque and cook each side ONCE for 5-8 minutes, when just done baste with sauce and grill each side for another 2 minutes
