In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, salt sugar and yeast, drizzle in the oil then slowly add the water while stirring with your fingers until a dough is starting to form.
Knead the dough for at least ten minutes or until it becomes smooth on the surface, place in a large bowl, cover with cling wrap and pop in a warm spot for two hours.
Roll out the dough into approx. 40cm x 15cm strips then smear with Napoli sauce, sprinkle with cheese, ham and pineapple then roll up.
Repeat the process with spinach and fetta mix (you must wilt the spinach first, place in a fry pan with the onion and quickly fry in splash of oil, then allow to cool).
Once the pizza slices are all rolled, cut them into approx 5 pieces. Turn them on their side and squash with the palm of your hand, place on baking paper lined tray and bake at 240 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
