In a large mixing bowl combine the mince with grated carrots, one egg and the jar of salsa then form into balls.
Pour the tomatoes into your oven tray add garlic, dried herbs, anchovy and red wine then stir until all combined.
Place meatballs into the sauce, cover with foil and bake at 200C for 30 minutes.
Serve with long pasta. Garnish with fresh basil.
