• Tuna Potato Crisps

  • Ingredients

  • 1 (425g) can Premium Yellowfin tuna in oil

  • ½ bunch spring onions chopped

  • 6 medium potatoes (roasted in their skins for approx 50 mins, then cooled & skinned)

  • ½ punnet cherry tomatoes cut in half

  • 100g grated cheddar

  • 25 g unsalted butter

  • Olive oil


  • 1.

    Drain half the oil from the tuna and place into a large mixing bowl and stir through the spring onion, cherry tomatoes and grated cheese.

  • 2.

    Smash the potatoes into the tuna and tomato mix then place onto an oiled baking tray using round moulds to shape.

  • 3.

    Sprinkle with small knobs of butter then bake at 220 degrees for about 5-10 minutes.
