Tuna Pasta


  • 300g loin of fresh tuna cut into 1 cm cubes

  • 2 tomatoes peeled and seeded (chop into quarters)

  • 1 clove garlic sliced really thin

  • ½ bunch of chives (chopped)

  • Splash of white wine

  • Splash of thickened cream

  • Salt and pepper

  • 50g shaved parmesan

  • 200g linguine (cooked as per packet instructions)

  • Extra virgin olive oil


  • 1.

    In a hot fry pan, splash in some oil, toss in the tomatoes, garlic and ½ the chives. As soon as the tomatoes are hot tumble in the cubed tuna.

  • 2.

    Pour in the wine and allow to boil, followed by the cream, then toss in the cooked linguine. Season with salt and pepper

  • 3.

    Serve with the second half of the chives and shaved parmesan.
