Toss together the radicchio leaves with spring onions and tomatoes.
Mix the mustard oil and vinegar intoa dressing
Fry the sliced veal steak for 2 minutes on each side then toss in the beans and a knob of butter. When the butter has melted take off the heat and pour the dressing over the veal and beans, then on top of the salad and serve.
