Who needs takeaway?! These delicious deep fried parcels of beef, pork and vegetables are so good, served with sweet chilli and soy sauce.
Combine all ingredients (except dim sim wrappers) in a large bowl and massage together.
Take a heaped tablespoon of mixture and wrap with the dim sim skin, sealing with a little water.
Either deep fry the dim sims at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, or steam for 8 minutes.
Serve with sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce for dipping.
