Try this mouth-watering cooler combo - the freshness of Nashi with lime and mint


  • 4 nashi

  • 4 Limes

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh Mint leaf

  • 0.25 cup caster sugar to taste

  • soda water

  • crushed Ice

  • Lime for garnish

  • Mint for garnish


  • 1.

    Peel and core nashi and place in blender or juice extractor with lime juice and mint.

  • 2.

    Blend well.

  • 3.

    Add sugar to taste.

  • 4.

    Pour into tall glasses with crushed ice and top with soda.

  • 5.

    Garnish with mint and extra lime slices.

  • 6.

    Serve immediately.
