• 1 pack (200g) smoked salmon

  • 100g green beans, trimmed

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • Salt

  • 1 lemon wedge

  • 1 tsp cottage cheese


  • 1.

    Blanche the beans in boiling water (approximately 3 minutes). Remove from the water, add a squeeze of lemon juice and small drizzle of olive oil and toss through.

  • 2.

    Lay out a piece of salmon. Place a slice of avocado on the edge, followed by a couple of beans and one teaspoon of cottage cheese.

  • 3.

    Roll up to a tasty piece of finger food.
