  • 1 Pane di Casa bread stick

  • 4 eggs

  • 50ml cream

  • 200ml milk

  • ½ tsp mixed spice

  • ½ cup shredded basil

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 50g butter

  • Always Fresh Minced Garlic


  • 1.

    Slice the French stick into 2cm slices.

  • 2.

    Mix together the eggs, cream, mixed spice, shredded basil and Parmesan cheese.

  • 3.

    Spread each slice of French stick with garlic butter and arrange into your baking tray.

  • 4.

    Pour over the egg mix then bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
