  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1 avocado

  • ½ cucumber, grated finely

  • 100ml yoghurt

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 clove of garlic, grated finely


  • 1.

    Place the banana and avocado into your mortar and pestle with the cucumber, the yoghurt, paprika and garlic then blend until completely smooth.

  • 2.

    Serve with any spicy curry and poppadums.
