• 1 kg lamb leg steak

  • 4 tbsp curry powder

  • 100g moist coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp dried chillies

  • 2 tsp Always Fresh Minced Garlic

  • 150ml extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp fennel seed


  • 1.

    Combine the curry powder with the coconut, chillies, garlic, oil and fennel seeds, then rub into the lamb leg steaks.

  • 2.

    Place the marinating lamb into the fridge overnight.

  • 3.

    Splash oil into an oven-proof frying pan, bring up to heat. Seal the lamb on both sides the place into an oven set to 190C for 15-20 minutes.
