• 4 bananas

  • Trimmings of puff pastry

  • Icing sugar

  • Caramel Sauce

  • 125g unsalted butter

  • 125g caster sugar


  • 1.

    Lay out pastry trimmings.

  • 2.

    Place banana down on top of pastry.

  • 3.

    Dust with icing sugar, then wrap the pastry around the length of the banana.

  • 4.

    Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200C for 10-15 minutes.

  • 5.

    In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the sugar and continue to stir until caramel consistency is achieved.
