Chewy chocolate browines with crunchy pecans
Pre heat oven to 180c
Melt 100 g of chocolate in microwave on low- med heat.
Cream butter, add sugar & vanilla continue to cream until light and fluffy.
Slowly beat in eggs, then the melted chocolate.
Sift flour and cocoa together into mixture, stir until combined.
Fold through chopped pecans and 100 g of chopped dark chocolate pieces.
Transfer to greased and lined brownie tin.
Bake for 25- 28 mins.
Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.
