Dried Fruit Tagine

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried figs

  • 1 cup dried dates

  • 1 cup prunes

  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • Orange peel

  • 3 cardamom pods

  • Sweet spiced yoghurt

  • Orange blossom

  • 1/2cup Yoghurt

  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Method

  • 1.

    Mix ingredients in bowl and place in tagine to cook slowly, aprox 30 minutes over a low heat.

  • 2.

    Spoon into bowls, top with sweet spiced yoghurt.

  • 3.

    For that little bit extra garnish with fairy floss and chopped pistachio.
