A good basic recipe for American style corn bread. This one has cheese rippled through the centre.
Put all ingredients in a bowl except the cheese and mix til just combined.
Line a loaf tin or square cake tin with baking paper.
Put half the mixture in the tin.
Sprinkle over with the cheese.
Spoon the rest on top.
Bake in a 180 C oven for 25 mins.
