Cut the tops off the strawberries.
Put the strawberries in a plastic bag and place in the freezer.
Once strawberries are frozen, place in a food liquidiser and blend with milk, honey, one basil leaf, salt and pepper.
If the mixture is too thick, add milk, and if not sweet enough, add more honey.
Serve in martini glasses. Chop basil leaves and add a few pieces on top.
