Roast Asparagus


  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus

  • Olive oil for drizzling

  • Sprinkled sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  • 2.

    Meanwhile trim the woody ends from the asparagus and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and toss, coating each spear well. Roast until the skin begins to shrivel slightly and brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. The asparagus will be nice and tender.
