Easy, microwave appetiser for vegetarians. Serve with your favourite crackers, cheese and fruit. Not suitable for those with nut intolerance.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well until combined.
Spray oil a glass loaf container or shallow medium size microwave dish. Cover with cling film or an appropriate lid.
Microwave for 12 minutes medium wattage microwave oven (slightly shorter for a high wattage microwave oven or slightly longer for a lower wattage microwave oven) on a medium high setting.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
