Sift flour into large bowl and whisk in milk.
Mix in the eggs and form a batter.
Rest the mixture for 30 minutes.
Set oven at 200 degrees celcius.
Set in the oven tray with oil for 5 minutes until sizzling.
Take out of the oven and pour the batter mix.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with fresh minted peas.
